1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and mbi133, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the mbi133 website and all services provided through it, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket, and all related services.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to register an account or use mbi133's services. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms means you accept those changes.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use mbi133 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name as stated on your identification card (MyKad), date of birth, an active email address, and a valid mobile phone number.

You are fully responsible for:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mbi133 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10. Confirmed deposit amounts will be credited to the player's account once transaction verification is complete.

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the withdrawal method selected and the time the request is submitted.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet held in the same name as the player registered with mbi133.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal banking hours may take longer to process.
• mbi133 reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing a withdrawal, for the purpose of anti-money laundering compliance.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being fraudulent will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

mbi133 offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

Regarding the welcome bonus, which is a 200% bonus on the first deposit of up to RM888:

• This bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: A deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM200, bringing the total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Another example: A deposit of RM1,000 generates a bonus of RM888, bringing the balance to RM1,888. The wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
• The original deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time; only the bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement.

mbi133 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus programme at any time with reasonable notice. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6. Game Rules

mbi133 provides a range of game categories including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, mix parlay and esports. Each category has its own rules and game mechanics.

Players are responsible for understanding how a game works before placing bets. mbi133 is not liable for losses arising from a player's lack of understanding of the game rules.

For all games on the mbi133 platform:

• Game results are final once a round is complete.
• Any technical interruption during a game session will be resolved based on the stored server records.
• Players are not permitted to use automation software, bots or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion between players during live games is strictly prohibited.

7. Expected Player Conduct

mbi133 expects all players to act honestly, responsibly and respectfully while using this platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or using funds from unlawful sources for deposits.
• Fraud, document forgery or providing false information during registration.
• Holding or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage from promotions.
• Any form of collusion or unlawful cooperation between players to obtain profit.
• Attempting to hack, gain unauthorised access to or disrupt mbi133's systems.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour toward customer support staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonus balances, and permanent account closure without compensation.

8. Account Termination and Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting mbi133 customer support directly. Any valid real-money balance in the account will be returned according to the standard withdrawal procedure.

mbi133 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following situations:

• Suspected fraud or illegal activity based on internal transaction analysis.
• Violation of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the given timeframe.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Following account closure due to a violation, bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will not be returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mbi133 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.

mbi133 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Players who do not agree with the changes made have the right to close their account and withdraw any valid balance before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
